Brooklyn-based artist Maŕa reveals her virtuosic, genre-spanning debut album Dawn. Poised to make an impact with a collision of dark ambient, trip hop, experimental and techno, the LP’s six tracks move through feelings of discovery, madness, sadness, disorientation, romance, darkness and power. A keen collaborator, the LP sees her coming together with San Francisco band Ssleeping Desiress, known for inventive, melancholic darkwave, Italian producer Mystics who comes good on distorted textures and emotional melodies and band regular Virtual Crimes with hears of desirous depth to the cravings for human connection.
